Banadoura.com DOES NOT ALLOW ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CONTENT TO BE STORED ON ITS SERVERS:

-Illegal Material - Includes the illegal use if copyrighted material, works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation.

-Adult Material - Includes all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise obscene content. The designation of "adult material" is left entirely to the discretion of Banadoura.com web hosting Department.

-Warez - Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking. IP spoofing, etc., and encrypting of any of the above. Also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material.

Accounts may be resold an entity, web designer may resell the service to their customers provided that only ONE customer per account is hosted. Allowing a separate, third party to host content on the owner's web site is a breach to this agreement. Exceptions to this include ad banners, classified ads, and personal ads and reseller accounts. If your account shows activity in breach of this clause, Banadoura.com web hosting Department shall have the right to cancel the account and terminate the Services and/or this Agreement immediately without issuing a refund.

The customer is responsible for all money owed on the account from the time it was established to the time that the customer sends a written cancellation request. DOMAIN NAME REGISTRATION SERVICE

Banadoura.com web hosting Department shall have the right to suspend the Services at any time and for any reason, generally without notice, but if such suspension lasts or is to last for more than 7 days you will be notified of the reason.

INDEMNIFICATION

Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Banadoura.com web hosting Department against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Banadoura.com web hosting Department ' server; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customer from Banadoura.com web hosting Department ' server.

Banadoura.com web hosting Department makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide.
